Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
As Elevate currently accepts payment by Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer's designated bank account.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
